The country house was built in 1896 - ( yes, 1896! Austria was still a monarchy and was ruled by Emperor Franz Josef) - built. But don't worry, a lot has happened since then, of course. Running water and electricity are just as natural as high-speed Internet, flat TV and a Marshall Bluetooth box for acoustic pleasure.

In the house are 3 apartments on 3 floors, which are reached via a common entrance and rustic staircase.

The Landhaus 1896 is located in the center of Kössen and is therefore an optimal starting point for almost everything your heart desires. From rafting tours, hiking, skiing, swimming, golf or paragliding and much more. 

And if you want to relax, you will certainly find a place to stay in the idyllic 300 sqm garden. In addition, the covered, cozy sitting area with fireplace / grill invites you to enjoy a cozy get-together and enjoy!
